Educator's Toolkit
The Commit to Break the Stigma Educator's Toolkit aims to instruct teachers about signs of mental health issues, and how student mental health can be promoted, with multiple posters and flyers that can be distributed throughout the school.

Our team has curated mental health resource lists for students in multiple cities. We are actively working to reach more and more parts of the globe.
Workshops
In July of 2022, Commit to Break the Stigma conducted a workshop with 200 students at Grace Public School in Bengaluru, India, and distributed our educational toolkit and resource list.
In July of 2024, Commit to Break the Stigma conducted another workshop with 150+ students at Grace Public School in Bengaluru, India, and gave a talk about mental health stability in school.
In July 0f 2024, Commit to Break The Stigma conducted a workshop with 250+ students at the Jain Vidyalaya school in Tamil Nadu, India. We were able to discuss the importance of mental health and delve into resources that can help them during the school week.
